    Precise forecasting optimizes inventory. We plan finished media stock via customer needs/historical data, with demand forecasting mechanisms and safety stock for imported/exclusive materials. Annual forecast accuracy deviation stays under 5%, supported by substitution plans and evaluations of safety stock/delivery times.
