Supply Chain

At JSBio, we take pride in our seamless supply chain and logistics management, ensuring the highest quality products reach our customers with speed and precision.

Multi-Plant Production & Raw Material Management

  • Three production facilities in Asia Pacific with same quality standards. Easily transfer production. Ensure supply in special circumstances.
  • Strict raw material management. Qualified suppliers. 1+1+N principle (at least one Chinese, one foreign supplier and multiple backups)

Powerful Logistics, Rapid Delivery

  • Build a sound logistics network and cooperate with professional logistics companies to ensure the rapid and safe arrival of goods.
  • Scientifically inspect transportation conditions, support the rationality of transportation scenarios with data, and track and monitor the whole process.
  • Provide personalized logistics solutions, customize packaging, labeling, and delivery methods to meet diverse customer needs.

Four Highlights

  • 1

    Stability

Multi-factory collaboration ensures supply reliability. Three kiloton-scale production sites across APAC operate under unified, stringent quality standards. Seamless process transfer enables local production and fast delivery, stabilizing supply while cutting logistics costs.

  • 2

    Accuracy

Precise forecasting optimizes inventory. We plan finished media stock via customer needs/historical data, with demand forecasting mechanisms and safety stock for imported/exclusive materials. Annual forecast accuracy deviation stays under 5%, supported by substitution plans and evaluations of safety stock/delivery times.

  • 3

    Speed

Efficient response accelerates fulfillment. A streamlined order system handles regular orders on time, prioritizes urgent ones via dedicated channels, and charges reasonably for excess orders. Compact processes from order receipt to shipment meet diverse needs and boost satisfaction.

  • 4

    Resilience

We enforce a “1+1+N” sourcing rule and require at least two qualified suppliers per material. Active localization and platformization of materials further strengthen supply-chain resilience.
