Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) have the advantages of not easily transmitting human viruses, post-translational modifications similar to human cells, the ability to achieve large-scale serum-free culture, and low endogenous protein expression.
They are widely used in the field of biopharmaceuticals, especially in the preparation of monoclonal antibodies. We provide different combinations of CHO cell culture media to meet the specific requirements of different cell clones for commonly used flow addition and perfusion culture processes. All the CHO cell culture media we provide are produced under GMP conditions, with defined chemical composition and no animal derived components, supporting high-density growth of CHO cells and high expression of recombinant proteins.
